Through this report, we can understand what quality is. Quality can be summed up simply in order to meet the customer's needs and expectations. In addition we can also understand the quality control and application of some methods of quality assurance, including Quality Plan, Quality Assurance,Quality Control and Total Quality Management. We knew the Deming,Crosby,Juran and Ishikawa the development of quality management methods. Furthermore, we are also able to understand the importance of customer satisfaction and the importance of continuous improvement.
