Limitations and scope of future workThis study has certain limitations, this study is conducted in context of Indian aviation industry and attributes of service quality may vary from country to country, there is a need of comparative study among two different regions using the same attributes of service quality so as to validate the results. Also there is issue of sample size, as the study is based on MCMD techniques and these techniques does not require big sample size for analysis, the results of the study can be further validated by conducting a longitudinal study with a sufficiently large sample size. Further, attributes other than service quality of airlines can be used for selecting best airline and also future study can focus on conducting study to quantify how these attributes help in attracting more customers to the air-lines most probably using statistical techniques. Also, since the attributes finalized for this study has some inherent ambiguity and vagueness and thus rating these attributes using fuzzy BWM and VIKOR methodologies could have given better results
