But but the world is dynamic and there is no business that escapes this I don't care whether you're you know a sales person or whether you're in information technology developing software or you are in healthcare. It doesn't matter. We live in a very dynamic environment and your job is to sense what's going on in the environment and help people respond to that. So there's a constant dynamic motion going on in the group of people who you manage and your job is to sense that and give it guidance and work with your team and figuring out what the best way to adapt is. And yes there is an idea of control processes can be in control or out of control but it's better to think about the process being in control than the people being in control.
