In [14], MTAP is also formulated as MINLP. The coordination and communication problem have been studied, and a hybrid location management scheme has been proposed to handle the mobility of the actors. This approach deals with a fully connected network. Communication is modeled with simple addition of the coordination delay in MINLP constraints. It is not mentioned how to solve MTAP, and consequently how to allocate the tasks. A similar approach using a variant of the MINLP formulation, and several heuristic that solve the problem, is used in wireless sensor network in [15]. However, only-one hop communication is used. Task allocation problem has been well studied, especially in the field of the multi-robot systems as a special case of mobile actuators. Taxonomy of the multi-robot task allocation (MRTA) problems is presented in [16]. Communication aspects of the task assignment are rarely taken into account.
