6.4 Collecting the sketches
During the first eight* minutes the teams have to provide you with sketches of their models: you need them so that at the end of the activity the original models can be compared with the end products. If completed sketches are not handed in an unscrupulous team might be tempted to ‘change their requirements’ as the task progressed. Consequently the sketches must be collected and this must be before there is any contact between the teams. If a team is behind, hurry them along but give them up to two more minutes to complete their sketches. Do not allow any contact between the teams until you have the sketches in safe keeping.
