Mr. Greenberg consulted on and structured various mergers and acquisitions including the first “public” offering ever done on the NYSE. From 2002 to 2008 he oversaw the acquisition and sale of over $1 billion of investment companies including due diligence, analysis and negotiations. Mr. Greenberg has organized cumulatively more than $2.5 Billion in debt & derivative facilities through BNP Paribas, Bank of America, KBC Bank and Zurich Capital Markets. He consulted on various acquisitions in oil and gas, ethanol production, agriculture, wineries and vineyards, commercial real estate and in the natural foods industry.
