Hi Micro, i hope all is well with you. I am surprised to see this message as i have given anything that Protour wants for the time being. Few groups from Protour will no make me reach but this is not the reason to cut relations with partners. I have seen groups downgraded from 5* to 4* services and the companies still work with the partners as errors might happen. In this case from the day one the hotel confirmation have been Sheraton Dubrovnik and by mistake was written Valamar. When i heard about there was no chance to find the rooms at Valamar although i took over to pay cancelation fees to Sheraton. Whether you work with us or not i would have prefer to shake hands with the partner and face things and not terminate the contract with a text message. So tomorrow i would like to shake hands with you whatever your decision is. Many thanks. Tani
