5.6 Submission of Test Plan SheetThe test plan sheet shall be prepared and submitted before the measurement is conducted. Table12 shows items specified in the test plan sheet. Items and contents described in the test plan sheetshall be agreed in advance between the department submitting the report and the departmentaccepting it. Discussions and decisions which are not mentioned in the test plan sheet are invalid.
