CNI22 reported that the following NSC tender status:-
-Fire Fighting Services-Commutech Engineering Sdn. Bhd. PBB has issued LA
-Swimming Pool - PJL reported tender report submitted, target the tender interview by next week.
-Landscaping - pending
-Air Cond and Ventilation - Pending award. Validity period extended.
-STP (Building &L Structure) - CNI22 informed target to call tender by end of November.
-ACS advised the piling works for hammer pile should be started
concurrent with Block C RC work schedule. Otherwise not advisable
to use hammer pile, as it may affect the RC structure.
-LSK was informed to forward BQ (pilling work) for PBB to quote as
V.O addition.
