We understand your situation. We, including Mr. Matsui of Thilawa SEZ Management Committee, are willing to support you for your granted investment permit of Freezone Company, however are not sure how long it will take for amendment of SEZ Rules and Regulations and TSMC’s granting investment permit to your company. So, we agree to extend your validity period of the Reservation Agreement for certain period of time. Please disregard our letter of extension only upto the end of May (same format to all the locators). Once coming closed to the end of May, we can re-discuss how we can settle.

By the way, we are planning to visit Ho Chi Minh City from Apr 28th to 30th. Main purpose is to visit factory of Sport Gear and Shyang Jhuo Yue, both of them are showing to invest in Thilawa SEZ. Appreciated if we can also visit your factory in HCM on Apr 29th. Time has not been fixed yet, but maybe late afternoon.

For your information, here in Myanmar, Apr 11th – 21st to be public holidays due to Myanmar New Year.
