Dear Inukai-San, for the new PVC material, we found that V0 grade formula is not suitable for our manufacturing process; because it forms strong bonding within the materialafter injection molding. It can not be remove easily that repairment operation duringmanufacturing is not possible, it will damage the components when trying to the remove the plastic. Therefore, we have modified the formula to be not so strong bonding. Theresult is it can fulfiling manufacturability requirement; but the flammability grading will be V1 instead. This grading is our internal evaluation; formal result judgment should be from certified laboratory. V1 grade flammability performance is better than HB grade material we are using now.
