The purpose of this interview is to better understand, from the perspective of you who is the participant in the project. as well as to listen to your sharing about the effectiveness of the project and what activities are well done and what challenges are present in the process of participating in the project.Your participation in this assessment is of course completely voluntary. Have you participated in training courses to improve the capacity and knowledge of the project? About what, Where? What time? How to evaluate the content and methods of such training (Opportunities for practice, exposure to new techniques)? Currently, how many patients with diabetic retinopathy are screened and detected on average, compared to before 2019? 12. Does your unit have a monitoring and management system?
