The Parties intend to enter into discussions (“Discussions”) to evaluate the feasibility of entering into a formal business relationship and wish to explore a business opportunity of mutual interest and in connection with this opportunity (the “Authorized Purpose”), either Party may disclose to the other Party its confidential technical and business information which the disclosing Party (the “Disclosing Party”) desires the receiving Party (the “Receiving Party”) to treat as confidential.
