The temperatures of the heater surf

The temperatures of the heater surface and the positions on the heat sink at different levels of heater power were measured. With the equilibrium temperatures obtained by the thermal meter and the factors (d,g,k,β,A_h,A_(S,) L_PZT,S_h) known, the thermal performance can be determined.
