Inspection
Visually check if the brake disk worn or
damaged.
Measure the thickness of the disk at several
places. Replace the disk if it has exceeded the
service limit.
Remove the brake disk from wheel.
Check if the disk for deformed or bent.
Caution
 The dirty brake pad or disk will reduce the
brake performance.
 Brake pad includes the asbestos
ingredient. Do not use compressed air to
clean the brake system. The operator
should put on gauze mask and glove, use
vacuum cleaner to clean it.
