il Regolamento Aziendale di acquisizione dei beni e servizi in economia approvato
con deliberazione n. 346 del 06.03.2009;
VISTA la deliberazione della Giunta Regionale della Sardegna n. 17/5 del 31.03.2011 di
nomina del Direttore Generale dell’Azienda Sanitaria di Nuoro;
ACQUISITO il parere dei Direttori Amministrativo e Sanitario, espresso ai sensi del D.Lgs. n.
502/1992 e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni;
DELIBERA
a) per le motivazioni espresse in premessa, di autorizzare l’acquisto del materiale in oggetto,
attraverso l’affidamento diretto, alla Ditta Fiab SpA di Vicchio (FI) alle condizioni e
nelle quantità esposte nell’offerta n. CC COMM 424 del 18.06.2012 che, unitamente
alla restante documentazione, si allega alla presente sotto la lett
