Dear Sir/Madam, My husband and I travel frequently to Vietnam and India for business. We are both affected by the sudden termination of flights due to your cost-cutting plan. I’ve recently purchased the “Premium Bundle Fares”, which are exclusive to SPACE Air Platinum card members and only available for two passengers travelling together. I’ve paid a total sum of HK$100,000 for 20 Premium Class return tickets for myself and my husband. Now that we can’t fly with SPACE Air anymore, we have to rebook our flights with another airline company and pay a lot more for the airfare. As a result, we are demanding a refund of our unused tickets (HK$5,000 x 8 tickets = HK$40,000) in cash because we won’t be able to use the store credit on other SPACE Air purchases.
