In this paper, the design of switching power supply is the use of STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller 47KHZ pulse signal generated by IR2104 control synchronous rectification BUCK (BOOST) circuit. Among them, the microcontroller built-in 10 bit ADC can detect current through the voltage and current, and real-time feedback current and voltage values. When the key is set in the discharge state, the synchronous rectification circuit is BUCK state, can output 0.5~2A current, the key step value of 0.05A, the formation of current and voltage closed-loop control system. When the key is set in the charging state, the synchronous rectification circuit is BOOST state, can output 30V voltage, forming a closed-loop voltage control system. In addition, LCD screen can display input voltage, output voltage, output current, and set the current value.Test results: synchronous BUCK efficiency of 94%, synchronous BOOST efficiency of 96.12%. The test results show that the designed switching power supply has the function of charging overvoltage protection.
