Curiously, the scale is formulated in a positive way and the greater the ease of use, the greater the intention to use, but a negative relationship is obtained (although not very significant). This could be explained by the fact that Big Data is perceived as a technology that is assumed to be difficult to implement and that, if it were easy to implement, little value would be obtained from it. It has also been possible to verify a strong positive influence of the facilitating conditions on the use of the new technology, contributing even more load than the Intention of Use to the thread of the conclusions obtained by EscobarRodríguez and Carvajal-Trujillo (2014).
