ASSIGNMENT OF EXHIBIT FLOOR SPACE
Exhibit floor space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hexagon Entity will assign exhibit floor spaces to approved Exhibitors upon receipt of Exhibitor�s fully executed Agreement and full payment. No exhibit floor space will be assigned without payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Every effort will be made to respect Exhibitor�s space preferences, but the Hexagon Entity reserves the right to make the final determination on all exhibit floor space assignments in the best interests of the Conference.
