We found an issue on the recent shipment of 859877-001-999. In our inspection sampling group we found one leg that had a thin center web thickness at .086. The drawing requires 0.100+/-.010. We then had to sort the entire shipment but ended up with only one had part. Please see attached SNCR. We must stress how important the center web thickness is and the factory must do whatever possible to eliminate thin center webs.
