1. Qualification report of new positive torsion spring and cathode spring

2. Reliability testing report

3. Submit 3pcs sample for CCAC qualification and approval



Also, we would like to confirm if this problem is batch issue or just concentrated into one piece?

Is the design of anode pick and cathode spring common to all remote controls you were supplying to CCAC?

We need to understand how big this problem was and what we can do with those remote controls that are already in the customer?
