We arrived the restaurant the staff smile to say welcome with bow, because we arrive the restaurant very early, thus the water lead us to resting area to wait, and the waiter chitchat with us to avoid bored. The waiter answered patiently our many questions because we go to the restaurant in order to accomplish our task, and the waiter told some information that we hadn’t asking question, such as the design theme. And in the whole service process, the staff keep smile all the time. And then, when arrived the restaurant’s operating hour, the waiter leaded us to seat, the waiter asked us with smile where we want to seat and how many people with us. Because we ate the hot pot, thus the staff asked us which soup we want to eat. And we asked some soup question, the staff gave us detail answer. And then, they put all of things what we need, and smile to tell us the every area spread of dish to avoid we can’t find some dishes area. And then, the waiter stood alongside us in order to provide fastest service.
Before we started to food, the waiter asked we to pay money, and told us why need to pay before guests start to eat and why pay extra money with smile and patience. Because if the customer to waste the food the extra will can’t return to guests. This way can avoid situation of waste food. Because we ate the hot pot, the waiter always added forwardly the soup for us. And we leaved the restaurant, the waiter returned the extra money us to us, and reminded us ardently that take us things, don’t forget some things. When we leaved the restaurant’s gate, the staff said bye-bye and welcome to again with bow.
