As orders are placed for all supplier tests of correct functioning, BARTEC reserves the right of notification of defects in the equipped electronic assemblies or semi-finished products up to the final inspection of the complete product. Defects, which only emerge after further processing and/or are found on the finished product after the final inspection shall be reported back by BARTEC within 3 months. In any case, new orders will be placed only if the goods are free of defects.
