Only this picture right now to have

Only this picture right now to have issues with the phone. Can't view, and cause other picture to occasionally slow to preview and lag. Other picture similiar size and jpg type seems fine. Failed to load in Gallery or Google photo app. Using Asus fonepad 170cg, 1GB ram, lolipop. Before update to kitkat, the wallpaper is viewable.
