He started in IT recruitment, handling both permanent and interim positions. This was followed by time in new media services with some of the world's leading brands, ultimately running his own company.
Ben has worked in the Pharmaceutical industry since 2005, specialising in clinical recruitment. At Talentmark Ben leads the company’s International Clinical Research and Operations recruitment division.
A business development specialist, Ben has a high degree of skill in understanding and relating to people. As such, he is able to act as an excellent intermediary between clients and candidates, possessing the ability to appreciate how an individual will fit into an organisation and add value to their business.
