With the constant development of the society, economy and culture, foreign language is playing an increasingly important role, so bilingual education has become a golden brand for many schools and even kindergartens. What comes with the trend is the low-aging education in English. As an international language, English has its own uniqueness and attraction to allow the English-learning children to have better cognitive, emotional and diversified reception abilities than those only learning a kind of language. Bilingual education has broken the traditional English education as a new language education form and provided a new perspective for English education research and practice. Furthermore, preschool childhood is the key period for language development, during which either the native language or the second language both have great plasticity. Therefore, bilingual education showed a rapid generalization among kindergartens.
Meanwhile, there is a large dispute in the circle of theory over if bilingual teaching can be promoted among low-aged children, but their bilingual education is drawing an increasing attention from the world. In our country, the low-aging trend has become a common phenomenon in the world of education. It is an iron fact that parents are increasingly emphasizing bilingual education. However, behind the fact there exists an inevitable link between emphasis and the scientific effective bilingual education. In the field of children bilingual education, due to the emphasis on the problems in education practice and reality, the dispute is generally resting on the situational cases and lacks higher level of theoretical guidance. That inevitably produces much blurry knowledge and lead the real educational effect hard to achieve. To better understand and implement kindergarten bilingual education, the thesis aims to discuss the connotation of bilingual education, teacher faculty cultivation for children’s bilingual education and the problems that should be noticed in the implementation of bilingual education for the preschool children. It attempts to raise corresponding strategies on the basis of firm theory to solve the problems in kindergarten bilingual education.
