We have more LCD’s coming everyday with the same problem, will your guarantee cover the LCD’s that are coming with the same problem even after the guarantee expires? Because this problem is affecting our brand image and you are being late in sending us the spare parts and the ones you are sending are also defected. This is not acceptable.
Please take into consideration that if further quantities of the same defects are received in the new shipment our business will be in danger.
