Effective Term and EffectThis Agreement is effective for one (1) year from the execution of this Agreement. Provided, however, this Agreement shall be automatically extended for a new term of one (1) year unless either party indicates otherwise in writing no later than one (1) month prior to the expiration date of the effective term and the same shall apply thereafter.
