Sehr gehrte Damen und Herren,
heute endlich erhielt ich meine Bestellung vom 14.12.2014.
Ich hatte insgesamt drei SHS Flip Style Leder Tasche Case Hülle+Stylus Pen+Displayschutz für Tolino Shine Ebook Reader bestellt.
Leider habe ich nur zwei Taschen erhalten. Eine in Braun und eine in Lila.
Ich hatte aber, wie Sie meiner Bestellung entnehmen können, zwei in der Farbe Lila bestellt.
Ausserdem habe ich keine Rechnung erhalten.
Wurde der fehlende Artikel einzeln versendet?

I had a total of three SHS flip style leather pouch case cover + stylus pen + screen protector for Talukder shine eBook reader ordered. Unfortunately, I have only two bags. One Brown and one in purple. I had ordered but, as you can see from my order, two in the color purple. Also, I have received an invoice. Was the missing items shipped separately? Yours sincerely
