用途
电渣重熔炉用于特殊合钢金进行重熔和熔铸的一种精炼设备。电流通过高电阻渣池产生的热量把电极末端熔化，在此过程中金属熔滴与高温、高碱度的熔渣充分接触，产生强烈的冶金反应，使金属得到精炼。
·精炼作用：熔渣对重熔金属有效的精炼作用。
·良好结晶组织：由于渣皮及保护层的作用，可获得基本轴向的结晶组织。
