Normally we have the working hours for posts planning at the end of this month for the next month. For example, we’ve made the posts planning at the end of Dec. 2014 for this month (Jan.2015), and the working hours of the planning creation had been allocated to the Dec. 2014 already ( time of content creation for 2.17 hours by Kevin). For next month (Feb. 2015), Kevin will have the working hours of content creation at the end of this month.
