The Supplier shall manufacture the Products in strict compliance with the Specifica-tions and the Quality Assurance Agreement, using highest standards of workmanship. The Supplier warrants that the Products will be and will remain free from defects at the time of delivery for a period of 24 months starting with the end-customer’s use of the myStromer Product, in which the Products concerned have been integrated, and, in any case, for a period of 36 months from the delivery of the Products to myStromer ("Warranty Period").
