All of the obligations of the Partn

All of the obligations of the Partners under all other Articles of this Agreement and any other Agreement executed pursuant to this Agreement shall be terminated with respect to the Partner that has defaulted, except for obligations of confidentiality, which shall survive the termination of the Agreement.
