Based on the visit on reworking line yesterday, below risks may affect the quality,
1. During tear apart the housing, the saw might damage the PCBA components, attached picture.
2. Saw might damage the wire if no control on the operation method.
3. Desoldering wire from PCBA, this process may cause solder plate peel off.
4. Ensure to dry the housing before assembling (the housing dip in the water while soldering wire on pins).

The rework process would be not approved until effective control actions (control plan) implemented on above points.
