The process of reform needs to be integrated into the culture, step by step, and avoid drastic changes, which causes the medical professionals to feel disrespected and trampling on the professional psychology in the evaluation of patient safety culture, thus presenting the negative perception of resistance, which is worth the attention of hospital administrators. The results of this study are expected to provide a reference for hospital managers to promote patient safety goals and strategies, improve the quality of medical care through tissue reengineering, and improve patient safety.
