医院多次举办人文关怀专题业务学习，提高护理管理者对关怀管理重要性的认知，并基于 Watson的人性关怀理论，采用生动的案例阐述人性关怀理论的十大关怀要素，深入浅出，帮助学习者理解关怀要素如何应用。同时，护理部给每人发放《关怀护理学》，要求护理管理者进行自学，护理部定期进行理论考核。
2．1．2 选派优秀护理骨干参观学习
在医院领导的大力支持下，经全院讨论，在 2013年 9月护理部选拔出3名来自模式病房的护理骨干赴美国佛罗里达洲 FAU大学 Christine Lynn护理学院及其 6所附属医院进行为期3个月的人文关怀理论与实践的学习。3个月的理论和实践学习日程安排紧凑，学习内容丰富，对我院人文关怀护理工作的开展有着深刻的启示，回国后护理部多次举办专场的国外关怀护理见闻交流会，与护士分享见闻。同时，我院还邀请 国外关怀护理专家来院讲学和指导，参观我院人文关怀护理模式病房，并对人文关怀管理及实践工作提出宝贵的指导建议。
