My aim and objective for writing this paper is to find out that privatization in Hong Kong, regarding to the usage of the accounting tools, how does the privatization sector maximize their profit by using the accounting tools to monitor the progress, find out if there is benefit, which is occur on the government, the privatization sector or the public citizens.

I am going to find out Privatization in Hong Kong, whether it is or it is not a way to increase the social wealth, the effects to the citizens, or other people. What are those impacts, and what is price pay for the cost of privatization.
