(i) Agrees and consents in allowing

(i) Agrees and consents in allowing SEJH to name itself as the de facto manufacturer of the Products in the Certificates; (ii) Authorizes SEJH to apply to UL as necessary for the multiple listing services and/or certification services to name SEJH as the de facto manufacturer of the Products on the Certificates (“Application”); and(iii) Pursuant to the Application, and subject to Clause 3 (Confidentiality), agrees and consents to SEJH disclosing any Confidential Information related to the Products to UL (together, the “Consent and Authorization”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Deed.

(iii)根據申請，並根據第3條(保密)的規定，同意SEJH向UL披露與産品相關的任何保密信息

(統稱爲“同意和授權”)符合本契約的條款和條件。
