U251 cells were stably transfected

U251 cells were stably transfected with a vector with or without expressing Flag-ERK2 K52R (left panel) or transiently transfected with vectors expressing MEK1 Q56P and indicated Flag-tagged ERK2 proteins (right panel). The cells were treated with or without EGF (100 ng/ml) for 6 h, and the total cell lysates and nuclear fractions were prepared.
