Hello, i own both asus phonepad 7 a

Hello, i own both asus phonepad 7 and a new ZenFone go. Phonepad 7 has the ability to change both lock screen and the homescreen wallpapers but it seems like my zenphone go cant. After a quick google search, i found out it doesnt has that feature. Im sorry if this is nitpicking but i would love to see the ability to change them coming to phones.
