MRI在直肠癌术前T分期中的诊断价值

[摘要] 目的：探讨盆腔MRI检查在直肠癌术前T分期诊疗中的价值。方法：对2013年9月至2015年4月手术治疗前30例直肠癌病例的盆腔MRI检查T分期结果与术后组织病理学诊断结果进行比较，分析MRI对直肠癌术前T分期的准确率。结果：MRI 对直肠癌（T分期）的诊断准确率为90.0%，对T2和T3期诊断准确率分别为75.0%和100%。结论：盆腔MRI检查能够较准确地判断肿瘤对直肠壁的浸润深度，故MRI可作为直肠癌术前T分期最为有效、便捷的检查方法。

Conclusion:Pelvic MRI examination can accurately determine the tumor infiltration depth of rectal wall, so MRI can be used as a preoperative T staging of rectal cancer is most effective, convenient inspection method.
