Develop an overall report of your ABA project that includes the following elements. Note that some of these elements are new and some are included in Part 1 and 2 of your project. My goal is for you to have a complete report that you can include in your teaching portfolio. Please be sure your language is consistent throughout the document (e.g., Use all past tense)
A. From Part 1 of your assignment, include the following items.
1. Operationalized definition of the behavior examined including dimensions of interests.
2. List of setting events, immediate antecedents and maintaining consequences that you determined influenced the behavior based on your functional assessment.
3. List your overall hypothesis (es) of the function of the behavior based on your assessment.
B. From Part 2 of your assignment, include the following item
1. Provide a brief summary (number 3 on assignment 2) of the intervention you used to address the behavior. Address how you developed the intervention (e.g., what sources did you use, how did your intervention address the concerns indicated in your hypotheses).
C. New information for Part 3 and 4
1. Graph construction
i. Create a compilation graph(s) that includes both baseline and intervention data. Remember to use the graphing conventions we discussed in class.
ii. Provide a narrative for naïve readers of your graph(s). Indicate whether the intervention was effective. Discuss stability and trend of data points in baseline and intervention phases.

D. Additional information to be included as an addendum to the above formal report.
1. Critical evaluation of project (Maximum of 1 page double spaced)
i. Provide a critical evaluation of your project that takes both the functional assessment process and intervention implementation into consideration. What went well? What would you do differently?
2. Notes to teacher/ person administering the intervention (Maximum of 1 page double spaced)
i. Provide instructions to the teacher on what to do next.
Should they continue the intervention? If so, how should they eventually fade the intervention in order to rely on natural contingencies in the environment? If they should not continue the intervention, can you provide them with any other suggestions?
