Bekomme ich die volle Rückerstattun

Bekomme ich die volle Rückerstattung oder nur ein Teil? Ich werde Ihnen gerne die Uhr zurückt nach Hamburg schicken, auf meiner kosten. Ich glaube sie haben mich nicht verstanden, nach nur 2 Woche ist die Uhr kaputt. Sie verkaufen ein Produkt das nur 2 Woche hält und ich soll dann noch die Kosten übernehmen! Das ist aber kein gutes Geschäft für mich, ich dachte sie sind seriös, ich wollte schon vor 1 Woche noch einer bei Ihnen kaufen. Aber das hat sich woll erledigt. Wir sind hier in Deutschland da gilt 2 Jahre Garantie für Elektronik. Wenn sie meinen das es so in Ordnung ist, dann senden sie mir bitte sofort das Geld zurückt!! Vielen Dank
