The Atmospheric series comes from years and years of “chasing the sunset”, driving west into it until it is gone from sight. The beauty of that last intense light of day coming through the clouds and affecting the air is a constant source of joy and inspiration. The affect of light on all kinds of air: humidity, impending storm and fog, to name a few, have the same fascination.
