Just thought I would share one of the Eden projects. We have had issues with false sensor readings due to occasional high amounts of foam in our primer pans. We have a PVC tube from sensor down into the pan which does a pretty good job of keeping foam out but isn’t foolproof. We have recently installed a secondary trough around the sensor area. I have attached before and after pictures so you can see the foam is gone around the sensor area. Just wanted to share this with the group and encourage others to do so as well when you find solutions to issues. We don’t have to wait for the quarterly meeting to communicate these things with each other. (As an FYI, the bit of pink foam in the first picture (no trough) was due to a print job, the primer is not pink). Any questions please let me know.
Best Regards,
