I hope that you had a great evening. The picture is from Spring break vacation of last year. We were at South Daytona Beach, Florida then. It was a evening picture and very few people were at the beach that evening. I'm glad that you like it.
Yes I have been painting a lot on the inside of the house. I think that I told you about selling the house. I think that I will buy a house that needs repair (fixer upper) and then sell or rent it when I am finished. I am still continuing to do my fine art paintings, but it will will take some time for the art business to start doing well. So in the meantime I will renovate some homes to sell as it is a good business for making money.
I miss chatting with you and hope that your evening is great evening. As I write this email I am waiting for Mikes teachers to arrive. We will discuss his class options for next year. Sweet dreams HongMei. And have a great evening.
