The Supplier shall appoint a Project Manager (PM) who will be the single-point contact with TRW.
The PM shall be able to speak and write English fluently.
Communications between the Supplier and TRW will be critical to the success of the project. The Supplier shall submit in writing the plan for this communication.
The Supplier’s experience in multinational project management shall be provided in the quote response. Experience in the use of internet-based design reviews, communication web portals, etc. shall be provided.
The PM shall provide a project-timing chart within one week of receiving the purchase order. The PM shall provide weekly project-tracking reports via Microsoft Project. This chart must be updated every two weeks. If the timing for the project changes, the chart must always reflect the original schedule along with the modified schedule. This timing chart must contain the following tasks:
