Having read the DRs for Formula Stu

Having read the DRs for Formula Student 2012, regretfully I have to say that less than 25% are what I consider an appropriate document and probably only ten are considered excellent! Some are way over-length, exceeding the allowable 8 pages and many not including the requisite three view drawings. Some have no drawings at all! Many are corrupted .pdf files.
