Moderate to high risk for cancer - In patients at moderate to high risk for cancer, we start the evaluation with plain radiographs and ESR (or CRP) (algorilhm 1) [18]. Patients with a positive radiograph should have appropriate further evaluation for malignancy (eg. evaldaton tor piame site, other metastatic disease).
